In my opinion, this is the best auto shop around. I have never had a bad experience here. I have send few friends and family and they have always been very satisfied with the work they do. Absolutely honest and friendly staff. Very honest and to the point and never try to upsell. They did a great work on my car and runs amazingly now. They even do little small repairs if they see it without telling you or charging you... Absolutely amazing place! Thank you Precision Auto!

Precision Auto did an outstanding job. Once everything was done it felt like a brand new car. They have a wonderful Shuttle Service. Once the car is complete they will call you, if you need a ride they will pick you up from your house and take you to pick it up and vise versa they will take you home once you drop off the car. The driver I had was named Dominque and he was wonderful. I highly recommend Precision Auto in Germantown, MD.

We’ve been coming here for four years and have always had a good experience. They’re very thorough, detailed and operate with integrity. When issues with our cars arise they provide expertise and suggestions but don’t try to unnecessarily upsell you, which is greatly appreciated and helps build trust.

Precision Auto really feels like the definition of an old-school, family-owned business. You can tell they take that seriously - their customer service is always friendly, welcoming, and consistent, and they genuinely seem to value both their customers and their employees. They may not always be the cheapest option, but I trust that they’re honest, fair, and stand behind their work. To me, that’s worth it. The added perks like their free shuttle service (with super friendly drivers) and loaner cars just reinforce that they’re focused on taking care of people, not just getting through transactions. I also recently had a small issue and reached out, and they handled it thoughtfully and professionally. That kind of responsiveness says a lot. This is the kind of place you go when you want to feel taken care of and not just like another customer.

WOW is the one word description for Precision Auto. I was new to the area and needed a service center for my BMW. And wow is the word you will use when you come to Precision for car service. First thing you notice is how clean (I mean operating room clean) this place is. Right away you get a good feeling about your choice. Second are the staff you meet when you drop off the car. Everyone and I mean everyone is so kind and customer friendly. You are not dealing with someone who has grease all over their hands wanting to get you in and out without talking to you. These people are like an Indy pit-crew - in uniform and ready to get your car serviced and you on your way as quickly as possible. Lastly, your car will be returned to you 1000 times better than when you took it in. Your car will thank you and so will your wallet. Their prices are competitive and often lower than I had paid elsewhere, from dealership service centers to independent service outfits. Their shuttle service is icing on the cake. Precision Auto takes car service to the next level!
